I-got U smart Q- band 62 activity tracker, review.

Hello everyone today I will be posting my review on my brand new little gadget I got mine off of amazon prime now, now as I work as a healthcare assistant and work 12 hour shifts I’ve always been interested in finding out how many steps I would do throughout the day, also I have always been interested in getting one of the £80+ fit bits but didn’t want to pay the price tag, so I looked on amazon for a cheaper make and found this little one for only £33, so I thought I would give it a try, since it has the majority of the same features such as a uv sensor, heart rate monitor, sleep & steps tracker, calories burned and distance traveled monitor and even a UV ray sensor to tell you when to and what spf you should apply to be protected. It all works through an app you can download to your phone this works very well and is easy to navigate, the layout is simple and it’s easy to track all of the activities you’ve done through out the day and night. The sleep monitor is the one that impressed me the most, it records how deep you slept through out the night and at which points you was in light, deep and even when your in the REM ( rapid eye movement) stage of sleep, which for a sufferer of night terrors such as myself, is a great thing to check up on since, the attacks come on when in the NREM (non rapid eye movement) stage of sleep. The steps appear on the watches screen as you wear it through out the day, also the watch pops up with any texts, calls and notifications that come up on your phone so you always know when something it going on your phone since it gives you a little nudge when you have one. Another good feature is the silent alarm On the app where you can set an alarm what will only wake you up since you can wear the watch at night if you set the alarm it will vibrate there for waking you up but not disturbing anyone else, also you have to go on your phone and open up the app to turn off the alarm there for not letting you sleep in or snooze. It is also IPX7 waterproof. It’s battery life is amazing also on one charge I find it lasts for about 5-7 days, depending on how much I use it in a day. So overall I give the product ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I would definitely recommend this fitness tracker to anyone thats in the market for a cheaper alternative to the Fit Bit, I will link the I-got u life activity tracker below. Thank you for taking the time to read my post, and if you’ve got this product let me know what you think of it in the comments section.
