Healthy Rainbow Salad Recipe.

Hello everyone hope your all well, today I will be posting about one of my favourite salad recipes my healthy rainbow salad. Now you can mix and match the ingredients to what you like it’s quite a flexible salad I also like to add some bell peppers in it so you can change it up to what you like. 

    

I hope you’ve enjoyed this post and let me know if you try it out. This recipe serves about 3 people and can last for about 3 days in the fridge, it is also quite filling because of the cous cous. It’s a light salad due to there being no dressing just the lemon juice so it’s waistline friendly. Don’t forget to like and share on social media, thank you.
